I would very much like to play the game with this mod installed, but I can't seem to find a guide on how to properly install and get it working. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall the game and re-download everything fresh. I have run across the issue of it downloading the Russel edits file without having the master (I don't use that mod) but have gone into the data files and deleted it.

The second problem occurs after I attempt a manual install or only install version 3.0 with NMM, which is missing textures on all player and npc models. I have been getting back into New Vegas, and have been attempting to install the Fallout Character Overhaul but it always leads to one of two issues After installing version 3.0 and the updated 3.01 and attempting to start a new game, it always, without fail crashes to the desktop.
